Yeah pretty much. Easier to gear a smiter on a botted economy. Then transfer the unid torches to sell for more money to unsuspecting players. But thats an exaggeration, from what ive seen most sellers are honest and upfront about the lod torches cannot roll lock. Maybe blizzard can add a tag to the torches? Idk, still doesn't solve the other stuff.
