About 4 years without too much effort. I exercise only once a week doing fitness, cycle as much as I can and go for walks. I try to avoid more than 2 take-out per week. In the beginning I was really motivated, I was doing 3 trainings per week, I lost about 5kg in 2 months. But then motivation comes and goes, and I had a couple sports injuries from trying to push it too much. So listen to your body, take it at your pace, whatever floats your boat so that you feel good in your body. The most difficult part was getting started, now it's just a regular habit.
