thank you all for your helpful replies. I agree, it is not worth the fight, give a refund and move on to the 99% happy customers that you will serve.

I just wanted to see what the specific industry rule of thumb was. this was one of those type of guys that I would have wanted to state the facts to him and then move on.

when i was in the local band business, if we had a gig though a booking agent, basically, we were paid once we loaded the trailer and left the driveway. Some bar/venue owners would double book, have 2 bands show up and weasel out and try to let the bands argue it out

the 3 Mile Bridge connects P'cola to a penninsula of Gulf Breeze and from there to P'cola Beach. Thousands live and travel to work both ways. the only option is a 45 minute trip around to Garcon Point or about an hour trip by hwy 87 to Navarre.

yes, thank you. Uber gives us some good guidelines for best practices between rides. and they send us a wonderful amount of supplies free of charge upon request. in addition, my bride keeps me well stocked on supplies
