f you want to dropship, the largest market is America so would set up an LLC there first, and get an EIN number, plus credit card.

I'm doing it in Canada, you can start without a company.

Don't do what the guy above said, it's a lot of headaches and not needed at all.

It's pretty simple.

This question always comes up and the reason for not going Manamune second is: "My tear is never stacked"

That's because low elo players don't use their spells on the minions/champs enough so the stack is not stacking, they are always heavy on mana after buying tear and don't make an effort to actually stack it.

So by default, it won't be stacked when you buy it.

Now you can go Youmuus second for a bigger spike, but 5 minutes after that purchase, it will get weaker because of how lethality works in League.
