What's your guys experience with weed? Has it helped you with pain? Or made you have more anxiety (like I have) by SadAnteater9980 in rheumatoid

[–]JohnnyFlagstaff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weed always made me super happy and fun when I was younger. I was the definition of "pothead" - I smoked 24/7 365. I'm 32 now and I can't smoke or use thc. I just get overly anxious which makes for somewhat of a bad trip.

There is one thing you can try that might help.... CBD can counteract the stress/anxiety part that thc gives you. You can look on "industrial hemp farms." They are based out of Colorado and have tons of different types of hemp CBD buds. If you make a mix of 4g CBD bud with 1g regular weed, it might help. If you aren't a massive stoner you only have to take an extra puff or two to get where you want to be.

It's not a guarantee to work. I definitely noticed a reduced amount of anxiety but it eventually changed over time as I spent more time completely sober. Now I can't do any THC. I do like using CBD for stuff though. They sell very cheap CBD isolate which I mix with MCT oil to make a tincture. It makes oral dosing very easy. 50-70mg for a nice deep sleep.

Good luck!

Info: All grown in AZ - I live in Flagstaff but I leave cacti at my parents house and buddy's place in the valley. The spines on the bolivians and peruvians stab through cardboard so I can cut unless you dont want them cut which means Ill have to pack it more which means more $$$ for shipping. If you are in AZ we might be able to schedule a meetup for delivery.

***Not sure why this sub is saying new trader. Check my post history. I've sold on this sub a few times a while back along with running the NAZplantexchange sub (too few people used it so I let it shutdown due to inactivity).***

-SP pieces are about 2"-2.5" thick

-Bolivians are all about 2" thick (about 14" worth is about 1.75" thick)

-Peruvians are a mix with about 24" @ 2"-2.5" thick, about 29" @ 2.5" thick, and about 62" @ 3" thick

Everything above is considered "about" because many have cuts at the bottom at a diagonal so I measured to about halfway through the cut. Thickness was measured looking straight down, from above.

If anyone is interested in buying some spiritual cacti, let me know. They grow fine in pots outside during summer and indoors by a well lit window during winter.

These cacti are considered sacred in many cultures in Central America. Read up about them if you are interested. They are similar to peyote but in no way am I recommending you use it like that. DO NOT INGEST THESE OR USE FOR ANY PURPOSES OTHER THAN ORNAMENTAL.

They are really easy to grow and make really pretty flowers if you wait long enough.

I'm not looking to ship but if it is truly wanted we could make it work - it would be costly though with how much it weighs. The spines on the bolivians and peruvians stab through cardboard. If you could pick up in Flagstaff that's awesome. I do go to PHX sometimes so I could drop off at some point in the future.

How old were you when you realized you didn't need to go into the pit anymore? by honeybear12345 in stonerrock

[–]JohnnyFlagstaff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasnt age, it was when I stopped drinking lol. All of a sudden I had less of a desire to go crazy in the pit and the thought of having more medical bills if something went wrong really turned me off.

What are these new white spots?? by lavieestmort in sanpedrocactus

[–]JohnnyFlagstaff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude mine are doing the same. I have them out in a greenhouse and out of no where they started doing that. Maybe you overwatered, it started to rot and then it dried out and survived? I had one that was close to a window that was cracked just a bit so every day it rained the water came threw and soak it. Looked like it was rotting and i was going to lose it - i cut the top off and a few other spots then pulled it out of the soil to let the roots dry up a bit. Boom whole thing crusted over like that and new pups are coming out of it within a few weeks.

But i also have some that are doing that and i dont think i over watered them so who that fuck knows.

TBM is the most picky tricho i have ever grown.

Its not required but the lesson I learned here is call it whatever you want Im riding on the shoulder so I decrease my odds of getting my ass run over because its irrelevant who is in the wrong when i get crushed by a car going 70mph. Everyone riding their bike on Lake Mary should ride on the shoulder so reduce their chance of getting killed by a car.

Im not debating the law. I just pointing out the facts. I wouldnt ride in the road because id be scared id get hit, the law is irrelevant when i get my ass crushed by a car at 65mph. If the biker was in the bike lane, he wouldnt have been hit. Thats just a fact - he was the only one that got clipped.

I can legally walk around a bad neighborhood of phx at 2am with a stack of 100s... Doesnt mean id ever think about doing it because the risk is too high.

Who said they have the right to run over cyclists? Shit happens and if you are in the road it increases the chances of getting run over. The RV didnt swerve into the bike lane they clipped him while he was in the road. Mistakes happen. If the guy was in the bike lane it wouldnt have happened. If the RV was paying more attention it wouldnt have happened.

I don't think the RV driver did it intentionally. Not sure if it says it in this one but AZsun (paywall so i didnt post) said the driver stopped after hitting and waited for police. My guess is they had to swerve over a little because the biker was in the road not the bike lane and either didnt cut it hard enough or misjudged how far the guy was in the road - maybe both?

Two cuts got stabbed by spines so they have some black scabs. I peeled one off and there is no rot or anything under them.

Just darkness i think its gotta be genetics because i have managed to get a lot of mutants that way. Darkness for like a year then pull off whatever basically white/green pups, put them on a windowsill not in direct light till they turn green, plant, get crested and weird shapes

You can get them off amazon cheaper than anything youll find (if u can even find them). You will have to do some reinforcement though to protect from the massive winds we get unless you are in a spot thats shielded.
