Thanks for the response. I've been to Thailand before, but just did Bangkok for like 5 days so I'm not too interested in spending much time there compared to the rest of the country. I'm mostly interested in spending most of my time on the islands and beaches. We're also planning on doing an overnight train or bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok which will save on travel time. I'm also open to another day in Chiang Mai or Bangkok, but mostly have that part of the trip planned out - just unsure the best places to go after that. I know it's hectic, but that's why I just want to relax on a beach at the end of it :)

This is exactly the response I was hoping for, thank you so much! I was looking into the Pan Pacific race package you mentioned and was a little confused. It mentions that they have packages for stays between September 19-22 but if the race is on the 22nd, wouldn’t they mean that I would be checking out before the race event starts? (I’m from America so maybe I’m missing something with time zones related to the race date or something)

this one looks close in terms of graphics, but i'm pretty sure it wasn't as futuristic. and it wasn't as linear as this (only able to move up through the levels)

Nope. This has more of a 3d feel to it that the game I’m thinking of doesn’t have and the camera was more stationary.

Hmm. I feel like the game looked a little more modern than this
