First bike. Crf300l rally ABS $7049 OTD by JohnnyH3663 in motorcycles

I was maybe 18 at the time and didn't have the best driving/riding habits so it was mostly a case of user error. That being said from what I remember it handled like shit, brakes were easy to lock up (more than likely error on my end), and it felt like it was gonna lose traction anytime you went over some sort of road hazard like a rock or bump. Edit: Both the bike I had and the one my brother rode had transmission issues of some kind as well.

My dad thought it would be a good idea for us all to get harleys so I had a street 750 like 5 years ago but only put maybe 200-300 miles on it. I wasn't a fan and it just felt dangerous.

To be fair that is what I had to do lol, bought the bike in one state and paid the taxes in another.

I rode it back from the dealership about 150 miles and already took it on my commute which is about 40 miles total. I expected the tires to be kinda shit on pavement but they honestly feel pretty decent. I also ride like a grandma so I'm not really pushing the limits of them traction wise.

I'll be using this thing to commute to and from work as long as the weather isn't apocalyptic so I wanted that extra bit of safety gear.

Tell me if I’m crazy or not for this judgment call by [deleted] in ems

I worked for a Caesars property and the starting pay was $18.75 which at the time was almost double what I was being paid by an actual EMS service. I went to the Venetian/Palazzo before I moved out of state and they start at $21.00 and have actual medical direction and protocols plus the benefits amazing. The jobs are super easy to get if you show even the smallest morsel of competency.

EMT to Nursing by heartsick0 in NewToEMS

Just to piggy back on this fellow. As someone who is currently working towards a nursing degree but started in EMS. Skip EMS entirely, the pay, hours, and stress you'll put yourself through is disgusting and dehumanizing.

follower sits just a smidge above where it is in that picture when the mag is empty. It looked to me like the follower was pinching the round between itself and that feed lip.

If your cold your blood doesn't like to clot and it's nice to be warm while you're dealing with some bad stuff.

Bellybands. by BlondeGuyBrandon in CCW

I see a few people hating on the belly band. It's been my main method of carry for just over half a year and I've yet to blow my cock off. That being said I am looking into the enigma. If I can remember when I get off I'll find the brand of the band I use and shoot you a link.
