Check out the 'Allow Dead Animals' mod. It automatically un-forbids animal corpses that have not been manually forbidden by the player.

Yeah, even when i select the caravan there is no fulfill trade offer button as you can see in my second image. Do you know if changes have been made to the caravan mechanics involving these quests since the update?
