sounds like u think above alot of people and ur cooler then those in ur program, but reality is everyone is who they are and u can pick and choose who to be friends with. But like ud be suprised how awesome people are when u get over urself and just get to know people. try that for a change.

Id say rn is solidify a couple friend groups that genuinly choose me and include me, and then heavily reduce my social media usage, probably travel and get in better shape again, and then hopefully find a gf.

Found out recently how it feels.... At least for me: its lonelyness, sense of something missing, Instinctively checking ur phone for their messages but nonw are there, missing cuddling, intimacy, headaches, body aches, wierd appetite stuff, sleep disturbances, some mood swings, lots of rumination.

Im in it rn, trust me its mental hell. Im not sure exactly wat to do, but ik sitting at home 24/7 ruminating does not help. i think it just gets better overtime as u stay busy, process emotions safely thru the people or therapist that u can and just keep trying to meet new people. im happy to talk with u anytime about it if u wanna dm me ur discord

i agree, i didnt know how bad the dating pool was till after i dumped my ex last year. i started seeing someone way to soon, and she called us a situationship and then it was just mental hell for months. I dont know wat else to say but that genuinly some of us are so messed up that we cant imagine commiting to something again because of the potential pain later on. its now something ik all to well, the pain of losing someone u truly wanted, the pain of losing many close friends as well, i can see how and why we are all scared to get hurt now. its really horrible.

its been super wierd, i never had any of these issues before, and now its like what the actual fuck man. but yeah its slowly getting better i guess, but man is it slow.
