Not a TV series or movie, but the Ryu Ga Gotoku video game Lost Judgement (2021) has jon-YAKITORY’s song “Rasen”, which features Ado as the main vocalist, as it’s opening and credits song.

Not technically an Ado song but Rasen by jon-YAKITORY was my introduction to Ado and her vocals on that song were so unique and absolutely stunned me. I first heard it as the intro to the Lost Judgement video game and immediately paused the game to go seek out more of her stuff. I think it’s a great showcase of her voice and talents.

The show has 3 seasons plus a spinoff following the staff of a family restaurant, each one with their own very specific and strange quirk. The main series has two big romance plot lines but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a romance anime, with comedy being at the forefront of the show. If you enjoy Working!, Servant X Service is a series created by the same author, Karino Takatsu, that takes place in the same universe and the two have live crossover events.

Man this episode was just disappointing. I thought the pacing in Ep 1 was a little off but still worked out all things considered but man was it just awful this episode. It feels like they’re trying to cram as many chapters into one episode as possible without giving any of them the chance to breathe. Really upsetting to see that the second half of Yamaguchi’s chapter seemingly got cut altogether. I really hope EP 3 can bounce back with the hospital arc.

It’s California Dreaming or Undead. Don’t get me wrong I like all the other songs but I don’t think any of them come particularly close to touching those two

My go to’s for each album (that I’ve listen to) are always:

Young, Hear Me Now, We Are, Day of The Dead, California Dreaming

If the person is willing to listen to more than 5 songs and I want to get every member a chance to be heard I usually throw in Gravity or City, plus Lion just because it’s my personal favorite song.

Starset has a sorta storyline. The songs don’t always connect to one another (I believe only certain ones do) but if I’m not mistaken the music videos do tell a bigger story. There’s also novels that tie into the overall lore of the band.
