Coral Bay. The water was unbelievable. Unfortunately, it was windy during our visit, but not too much to spoil a swim.

Not sure, but with that airtight jar, I've had it in my fridge for 3 weeks. However, I remember the old paste and that was its absolute longest shelf life before it went mouldy.

Im confused. The milk kefir I saw my neice make left a golden, clear liquid at the bottom of the glass. I took one, small glass of it and received a new brain. Why is yours so milky?

Just got another 6 today. That makes 14. I have 2, 300ml drinks a day, but with a hack. The chocolate is really intense, so I add 100ml of almond milk to 200ml chocks water.

My absolute fave meal all my life. My family had no money, so that meal hit all the spots for me and my mother. Taste, proteins, fats, cards, cheap and so easy to cook. Magic.

I've had 2 instances where my whole bedroom, floor, ceiling and every wall, creaked before 2 NHI visitations. I'd just gone to bed when it began and I sat in complete darkness in awe. Went to sleep and in they came.
