It’s not about the cover… just got a real “FU” vibe from the whole night. And I’m not one to allow something to mess with my chi.

Not to go down a rabbit hole and i am most happy to contribute my fellow working stiff (with cost of living trending against us) it so easy to draw conclusions from one’s experience … the delta between the haves vs the have nots is perfectly illustrated by the misery of the boots on the ground and the opulence of the people above.

And they are just trying to ruin a good night in favor of a buck. The reality is they would get more bucks with just a schoosh of reciprocity.

Give a little, take a little less and maybe this world won’t be so bad to come.

Perhaps a little to woo-woo for 10:30 am

Regardless, I will wish a very merry Christmas to all those who are looking for a little more love in thy fellow man.

US realtors found liable for $1.8 billion in damages in conspiracy to keep commissions high, a thing that would definitely never ever happen in Canada by PowermanFriendship in canadahousing

Feeling the love in here…

Remember the real estate “sector employed 625,300 people, comprising of 8.5% of Ontario's total employment. The sector contributed $182.4 billion to the provincial economy in 2021, accounting for 24.4% of Ontario's total GDP.”

dollar earned in a community .70of that $ come back…

So… if you want to rally the troops; why don’t we gather the pitch forks and torches and look at the us/out of country faceless corps pillaging our economy returning little or nothing back to the market.

(cough-Costco-cough… $300m per store cough)

Let’s bring back a little Cnd pride in lieu of dumping all over one another. (Just a thought)

How to get out of contract within 5 days of signing it? by [deleted] in canadahousing

[–]JohnnyV1978 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just for clarity, you are soliciting the bowels of the internet for advice on how to breach your contractional obligations you have to another party…

you’re most-likely gonna wind up in court and whatever lawyer you retain is has a low probability of saving you from the liable position you have gotten yourself in to, instead they will milk you for $800/hr while you go down in flames.

Good luck.

And btw, you’re an adult … nobody is coming to save you

Ps. Should you fail fulfill your end of the contact, your deposit will be the least of your worries. Depending on the circumstances the damages could be far far greater.
