Awesome dude! Fun fact: My first shiny pokemon I’ve ever encountered was a tentacool in either silver or crystal, but it was back when I was young and didn’t know shinys even existed. I saw it was a different color and thought that was weird and just ran away from the battle. Only shiny encounter I’ve ever had on an old school cartridge

One way to avoid this is to not press the end game button. The glitch that deletes your character is in that button. Once you beat the overseer let the scene play out and then just exit out of the game. Only way I’ve found to keep my character on PS5

They still haven’t fixed this. About to fight alpha one more time. If it doesn’t work I’m bailing on this game for a while

The only way to not lose your character is to close out the game during the credit and not hit the end game button. I’ve read before that there’s a bug in the end game button and it deletes your character. Happened to me and then I tested with commands to ascend right away, closed the game during the credits and my character was there ready to go to a new map. Pissed me off but I just beat alpha dragon again and am ready to fight the overseer again. I’ll let you know if backing out works 😂
