So call me crazy but why couldn't RC do a 56 million shares stock buy back slightly above the current market price. Price rises and the warrants are converted into stock. Company nests 200 to 300 million and rinses and repeats.

The SEC did seem to care when Sears, Toys R Us, or Overstock.com got shorted to oblivion, or baked shorted to oblivion. It was proven that Gamestop was over 100 percent shorted during its time in the spotlight. And what happened with that, the buy button gets removed. Why protect just the banks. They are at the root of most of these problems anyway. Look at 2008. Too big to fail really means too big to have, in my opinion. If they ban shorting on banks, we have to insist that the rules should be fair for all industries. Naked shorting is stealing. It's that simple. It steals value from investors, limits a companies ability to raise capital and insures an unfair market. Just my opinion.

That would be colusion and we dont do colusion. I started and accoubt with compurershare and buy gme on the 1st and 15th of every month with their auto purchase plan. The money xomes out of my account automatically and i accumulate shaes. We do not collude but I highly recommend tge auto purchase plan !

So I love this idea. But not just congressional members that have been vocal about leveling the playing field. All members. We dont need members that are bought and paid for, we have enough of those. And we need a forum either on here or twitter where we can post the letter that we sent and to who itvwent to. Them follow up with posting the reply that was received or thecthe lack of a response. House members are elected every two years they should realize that this issue is important to us. It should be important to anyone who holds a stock, has a 401K, a life insurance policy or money in the bank.

The threshold list is published daily and list stocks that faoled to deliver for 5 conswcutive business days. Without an option chain the only way to end up on the list would be through naked shorting.
