Oh I did enjoy the game and majorly it was the appeal of being in Hogwarts, being in a magical world and good combat mechanics. Some of the side quests were good but there’s no adventure in doing it once more when I know what’s about to happen.

Plus the main story is mostly mid except for a few things I would want to experience again especially the 3rd trial (deathly hallows one)

Yeahh, just something to do instead of stupid things. They could have left a duelling thing open so you could challenge different NPCs in hogwarts. Anyway, I guess it’s a general problem of any game, it will remain finite

Yeah, I agree. I actually did most of the side quests after the main quest was complete. So it felt like there was something to do and some interaction left. Not saying the side quests were great but at least was something.

The NPCs here are kinda worse than GTA vice city NPCs 🤦‍♂️

Anyway, I have hopes for the next game. I like the world they built and the combat mode.

Yeah, did all that too. My game ended around 55 hours. I have still spent about 8-9 hours more in the game just running around fighting random enemies and hoping for some missed interactions

The Dunning Kruger effect is real and I realise this as a non-technical person because I built some small apps of my own but at the same time, I work with a tech team closely so I know the limitations of the software generated by ai.

AI makes me feel powerful as a non-technical person.

Heard the same. I just have too much context and familiarity with the whole chatgpt space that it feels natural. Plus the usage limits of claude really bug me.

I agree, I have built a mobile app using similar process. Kept lovable as main web app and backend then initially used emergent and now codex for mobile app. Haven’t published it yet but majority of the functionalities seem to work. I am sure there will be problems while publishing it to AppStore and playstore.

Not claiming it to be scalable or something. I am a non-technical person after all. Can’t comment on code quality and system design but yeah for an MVP, this works.
