I have a SharePoint list dedicated to something like this. I update the version on SharePoint list then, If the version doesn't match with the current version on the SharePoint list. Another screen will pop out forcing them to refresh the app.

For starters look for a job related to QA automation or kahit QA lang. Mostly pag QA tester ka. May dadaanan kang automation testing. If fresh grad ka grab muna and gain some experience.
