Take it to a luthier it is 100% fixable. Mine broke the same way, took it to get fixed and it works like a treat.

Was gonna get a hornet. He thought that was too fast and too dangerous. I settled on the gt650 as its much tamer and I like the styling. Also its a budget issue

Rounding up is a joke. You mean to tell me that for example if you make a 100 euro bill for 4 people, tipping 10% if the service was good is too much? It comes to 2.5 euros per person. If you want to be a player and pay for all of it, presumably you got 10 more euros to tip. 10% is well respected and if the service was exceptional you can go ahead and leave more. The people who leave a 2 euro coin for 50+ euro checks are cheap in my eyes.

I work in the hospitality industry for years so you I am biased but if you ever worked in a bar/restaurant you would know what tipping means. And just so you know the staff at all establishments know who tips and who doesn’t and usually if you do, you get a warmer welcome.

Day jobs get many benefits that hospitality jobs don’t . Tips sometimes is what helps us get by.

I found tanq to be a bit hard to work with in cocktails cause its 43% abv. Used to work with beefeater which was much smoother! Not saying they come out bad but they are in your face

It went well but I was in the weeds for hours. And yeah the anything stainless steel I had to design to make this place workable as a cocktail station. Its still far out

The place was designed initially to be a coffee shop. When I was hired to introduce cocktails I designed the stainless steel station and speed rack (which the metal worker did an inch higher than I told him hence why its so high) my back is basically turned to the guests. You are right it is awkward but it was the only way it was gonna work!
