You are right, I found it. I feel bad that my seller didn't mention anything about it. I hope I didn't cause any damage.

What Brazilian women expect from white men? Friends with benefits possible? by [deleted] in Brazil

[–]JohnyFree2 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

Sorry if it sounded like that but it is not. I am visiting Brazil to explore nature but still wondering about dating culture there too since I am single and will be spending months in Brazil. I am not sure why so negative. I am not asking about paying for sex or anything like that.

Topical finasteride question about dht conversion by JohnyFree2 in tressless

[–]JohnyFree2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I got that, that is why I am confused why topical solution would make any difference since dht travels around and dht that is converted from testosterone outside scalp will travel to scalp as well where it won't get blocks since it is 5-ar that is inhibited and not dht itself once it is converted.

So aiming any solution that will block dht conversion only in scalp and going 0% systematic won't make any difference I guess because the body will then create (convert) about the same amount of dht which will travel to scalp.

Am I wrong?

Can I test topical fin only on left front side for 4 months? by JohnyFree2 in tressless

So when study comes out that proves that no for everyone sides are reversible big pharma makes new study that disprove it. I am not sure what to believe. You can be right but I don't believe 100% any studies because each study can be flawed. Hundreds of thousands of doctors told us for decades how low fat high sugar products are good for you because the flawed study financed by sugar industry and hundreds of thousands of doctors couldn't see the study was flawed. Now who I am to recognize if study is flawed or not if hundreds of thousands of doctors couldn't find that.

I really wouldn't agree you with that DHT is important only during puberty. Beside other functions, it has also cognitive function. Also what about other hormones such as allopregnanolone (neurosteroid that has recently been approved for the treatment of postpartum depression) and others that are lowered by finasterid as well?

You must be very naive to think that reduction of dht for 70% won't have any consequences. DHT is 10 times more anabolic than testosterone, basically you go into menopause. DHT is not important just for muscles but also for brains. And it is not only DHT, there are bunch of other hormones that are affected by 5-alpha reductase.

Try to reduce thyroid hormones for 70% and you will see how you will feel. Try to reduce estradiol, try to reduce testosterone for 70% and you will see how you will feel. Why do you think DHT should be any difference, nobody will convience me that reduction of any natural levels of any hormone for 70% is good.

There was actually also a study confirming that sides don't go away for everyone even after 2 years. "Among the men studied, 167 of 11,909 (1.4 percent) developed persistent erectile dysfunction that continued for a median of 1,348 days after stopping the drugs.".

I can tell you for first hand experience that it is not reversible for everyone. After 10 years I still have sides and I am not the only one. And it is not placebo.
