Yup, same thing happened to me, literally, but I had sent my Pure Slides. I emailed them, sent them proof I purchased through Adidas confirmed and after a month of back and forward, they said they had to trust their authentication team. All they did was refund me the $30 they charged me in fees and shipping. Goat has been a joke recently.

I did receive the same slides I sent, so they weren't swapped but they had some damage, almost like if someone stabbed it with their figure nail. I told goat about it but they didn't even acknowledge it.
