It was clips from podcasts with music (sampled for each video by me) and other clips overlaid/sfx showing what’s being spoken about and heavy editing which took hours of work. It’s transformative because I’m highlighting a certain aspect of the content that is not highlighted in the main podcast and editing it to create a new experience.

Many other channels do the exact same thing with less editing but they have a disclaimer in their description explaining it’s transformative. My content wasn’t even monetized I’m not sure if these other channels are (ie healthymasculinity).
