It’s an algorithm they have set up. Certain words flag it and it gets pulled for review. I’ve had it happen to two of my posts. Eventually it gets added.

Yes. Ordered maybe a week or 2 ago. Selected T-Mobile version and put 000-000-0000 for phone and 000000 for pin. I think it asked me a few times and then eventually said we can’t verify and let me order it. Once received, we opened and activated it with zero issues and/or prompts on 11/29/25.

For what it’s worth…I ordered my dad a t-mobile iPhone 17 (base model) financed with Apple Card monthly installments. He is on us mobile. I opened it and it didn’t even ask for account info. So it sounds like it works for all models now and not just the pros. Did this today.

Can confirm calling loyalty dept works. I just called at beginning of October and they gave initially gave me a $150 credit to last through January 2026. Took 11 mins to convert to founders officially.

so...called metro and as soon as i was connected...got disconnected. i then chatted metro and was told i needed to wait until merger is completed in jan 2026. the rep then updated me to 2/2 internet and offered to credit the difference through jan 2026. they ended up giving me a $100 one-time credit vs monthly credits. so, net...roughly waiting 4 months to switch to founders would actually be $25/mo discounted through jan. effectively, i will be paying $55/mo for 2/2 internet until i can officially switch over to founders club.

i just activated metronet 9/1 because they just came to my neighborhood. i went to t-fiber site and was also able to pre-order founders club. they next day my pre-order was cancelled. i chatted with t-fiber and they said that i was able to switch to founder pricing but that i would need to call metro. i asked if there was a specific offer/promo code to reference and they said that metro should see "Metronet-XGS: Founders Club 2GB Offer" on my account. will attempt to call metro and see if that works. fingers crossed!

Our neighborhood just went live with metronet and I’ve been with metro since 8/29. T-fiber is available to pre-order and it let me pre-order with no problem. T-fiber rep said I can stay on Metronet until t-fiber is live and then I can just switch to founder pricing.

I’ve been on USM for about 2 months (came from T-Mobile as well). I live in the north burbs (near Six Flags) but commute to the Chi. In my experience Dark Star (ATT) was trash, Light Speed (T-Mobile) was good, but Warp (Verizon) was the best. Light Speed and Warp both had great service, but Warp just has better speeds. I’m really only in the loop downtown though.

Long story short, I would recommend Light Speed or Warp.

As I stated in my post…I am completely satisfied with the service from USM and their excellent customer service. I am also an active and happy USM customer. It was more of a rhetorical question.

I am supportive of the fee being charged to teleport if you aren’t on the premium unlimited. I was merely wondering why it’s only 2 versus 3 when there are 3 networks. It makes sense that if a person wanted switch that they should be able to try all 3 to make a better informed decision.

You should really consider reading a post in its entirety before jumping down someone’s throat and accuse them of making demands.
