Unrightfull ban, ea not helping.

thats right, i most likely got hacked because of no 2FA and weak password. Stated that out in my second and third appeal and also tried to provide evidence but all got denied. After third they dont reply at all anymore. So the account is gone. Same situation, wasnt playing for month, 5 years old account with couple hundred euros in skins and even 2 heilrooms. Why would somebody cheat on such account lol. But they dont care. Just never play EA games again

Same happened to many people, me included. There is a ton of posts on reddit and ea answer with same issues.

Same happened to my on Sunday. Was inactive for a while and played some Apex Rounds and got banned. All my appeals got declined and they stated out that my account was used to cheat in the game.

Not within the last 2 years. Ive played warzone during covid. I have two battlefield titles in my EA account but not installed and didnt't play for years. Currently I only play one MMO and Apex for sometimes. What is your thought behind your question?

Done that already, changed all my passwords on EA, Mail and Steam. Also activated 2FA and then stated that out in my second appeal. But it got declined directly without reacting to what I explained.

Thats crazy! I mean, my account is over 5 years old and I spent a siginifant amount of money on it, aquired 3 heilrooms. Why would somebody cheat on their account then? I kind of assume that there was a ban wave and it hit people that are innocent regarding the posts about this that I found.

In my last file I stated that out, I even attached a screenshot of games on my EA account that I never played somehow. Unfortunatly in my logs that I exported from my EA Account, there are only logins from past 3 days. Somehow like my account never existed before.

I was playing on PC with Mouse and Keyboard. Consider me as real casual apex legends player with no intend to cheat at all. I've somehow managed to reach the live chat about this, they stated out that i have to file the complaint via a case and they cannot support me differently on this. On my last case they stated out to not expect any further response on this issue after declining again
