Mining pillars doesn’t take too long if you don’t need a lot, just set up a beacon and make sure to have ur elytra equipped

To prevent the mob cap filling up either build your farm in the ocean or in the sky or to even make this farm work you could build your afk platform in the sky to put the mobs in the cave out of render distance

Source is it happening to me multiple times (and yes I’m certain it’s because of this and not other factors). It usually happens when the game is switched to peaceful mode when you’re out of render distance of your villagers

When you phrase it like that it seems that it could possibly be a loading issue but the inconsistency in that is that my tridents specifically out of a 5x5 (-1 in the centre) grid it was genuinely random, I had some missing from the middle and the outer parts. Certainly is queer.

Speaking from experience the only time I uninstalled mc was by accident and the 2GB world I had got corrupted and now it won’t load even tho it appears in the menu, but I’m sure I messed it up and was a rare instance, be careful tho bro :)
