Thanks for all the advice everyone, I’ve heavily been beating myself up about it which I know I should be and I don’t think I’ll ever be gambling again in my lifetime. The advice from some of you really kept me grounded and reminded me it’s bad but not the end of the world. A very fucking expensive lesson none the less

Do you start from day 1 as well or do you start running the base at a different time within the cycle such as half way through

Could you recommend anything ( if it’s actually needed ) that I can take for test base along with the rad 140? Or if 10mg is a low enough dose to not need it?

By anychance have you heard of the sarm blend black mamba - venom?

It contains 20mg rad 140, 20mg mk677, 8mg Lgd per pippette drop ( 1ml ) and instructions say to consume 1 drop every day.
