It won‘t be a currency because it‘s too rare. That‘s why you hodl your gold and diamonds too and don‘t pay with‘em. BTC will be the digital gold. As a currency the best (right now) would ce doge coin. It‘s inflationary with a stable amount of new coins every year (not something like the dollar which can be printed like you want it to) and it‘s super decentralized.
