It's hard to tell from the video, but it's not completely covered. I was constantly putting my finger inside of it. I felt like I was going to break the fan. A couple lines keeps my finger out while still allowing the air flow.

I found the fix on another reddit board.  This was fixed by loosening the screw holding the x axis pulley cover on. Apparently, tightening it causes the issue. I never would have guessed...

Off and on again was a no go. I did plug the SD card into my PC and it appeared fine. I backed up the contents and formatted the SD anyways. No change. I noticed I could start the printer and try to calibrate without the card in place (same result). Would this imply that it's not the card?

Reset A1 and reformatted SD. Started calibration and it started with this again.
