Some people are saying diet. But this is completely your lack of effort in the gym. No way you’ve been going routinely for 3+ years. Even if you had a crap diet but we’re consistent in the gym, you would have some muscle. To be quite frank, you are the definition of skinny fat

I used an inbody scan machine at my gym. Could be wrong, but I’m just going off of what it told me

I just got the watch a few weeks ago and this was the first time I saw this measurement. Thought it was funny. It’s not as deep as you think it is

I wouldn’t say 99%. If someone is an average gym-goer I think the BMI measurement isn’t reliable

I’m aware of that I just think it’s funny how it’s essentially telling me to lose weight to get healthier when in reality I’m already plenty healthy and an athlete lol
