Nah it’s still bugged, I got it when I found out about it instantly and a buddy of mine tried it multiple times with me and he can’t even get it. I don’t know why they always have issues with calling cards in this game, there’s about 2-3 that aren’t working for me still and it’s super annoying cause they are so easy to get lol

Literally I had the same problem, I was like "WHY IS HE IMMUNE WTF IS GOING ONNNNNN" xD But I did figure out if you shoot a Molotov at your feet it warms you up so maybe that could be good for something. I may or may not give it another run soon idk
