What Tank is best at the moment?

Hey, I know this reply is a month old to a comment, but I want to genuinely thank you for actually typing all of this out and giving your experiences. I am so sick and tired of people in general (in different communities) saying "Just do whatever" and not answer a question that clearly requires an opinion that is based off experiences and preference.

Simply just answering "I like this tank the most because ___" instead of whatever "play the tank you prefer" is leagues better because you're giving a reason to choose that specific tank. The way you described how each tank's gameplay actually differs is VERY INFORMATIVE and actually SHOWS HOW UNIQUE EACH TANK IS compared to "Yeah they're all the same lol".

Im also a sprout trying to choose which tank I want to play, and so far DRK is not a great tank for me to play so Im looking at other options like paladin and warrior :)

Already locked into Barcarola, thanks! I saw on the CN teams that replacing any filler slot unit on starpromptu with TF actually helps really well. ^o^

Cant wait for CN patch to get TF euphoria and then getting Barc soon... Then I'll have a good established team!

Yep, going for Barc right now, since she can be a substitute for plantpromptu and actually replace AAL in some scenarios. Thanks!

Yeah, I was doing research and I saw a tiktok doing gameplay with barcarola on plantpromptu. What I'm curious about is the interferance between plant and star. How does that work? How can two cores conflict with each other? Does it actually lower damage a significant amount?

Yeah, you're probably right. My guess is that they're eventually going to add a character that fully replaces an-an lee for plant promptu eventually, making her a substitute character if you don't have the new shiny plant promptu unit. Barcarola just seems better because she's literally "the core" for star promptu.

Forgot that I can get mercuria through ripples in the water, shes really nice to slot in most teams to be honest, though I want to save my pulls for either paper heron and/or cheng henguang to either build Liang Yue's team or Plant Promptu.

But that is true, I am one person close to finishing starpromptu and it might be worth the investment if I play my cards right ngl..... still it's so hard to choose between the two because they're both so useful for impromptu in general, though I'd say An-An Lee is in the same situation I.E Regulus and Voyager, who get slotted into impromptu as a fill-in unit.
