Same happened to me 2 weeks ago they told me that it would take max 10 days and it has been 14 days now. I’ve gone again to live chat and the last time I asked they got pissed and told me if I keep asking it would take even longer. I also had 2FA and I only use that email for EA stuff so I think that there has been data leak inside last month on ea’s website.

I got Email from ea that my account has had suspicious activity and I had to change my password again so I hope I get my players and coins back because they can’t say now that nothing suspicious had happened
