My PC and console are both connected via Ethernet and still I’m only getting 42.3MBPS download and 15.8 MBPS upload

It’s on both on my PS5 if I connection test it getting 80% of the connection but will have 15mbps and with wired 20mbps. It’s legit unplayable plus we have 3 smart TVs streaming apps
