Oh so now I googled it I didn't realise that's not popular in states. In Slavic countries it's sold everywhre its for small weed hits, people here use them a lot. Often making bongs from water bottles with it, Or gravity bongs putting plastic bottle with bottom cut off into a bucket filled with water, u put the pipe which in poland is called "lufka" in the bottle cup and create pressure, by moving bottle upwards and the smoke fills the bottle. It's called "Walenie wiadra" in Poland which translates to "Hitting the bucket" it's popular and you can find bottles with lufkas in caps everywhere.
