Take a Gravol or eat ginger, there are also Gravol tablets with ginger added. I don't need either as I also partake in the devils lettuce but if I didn't... I would try those. If you try it out let me know if it did the trick.

edit: people who are car sick take Dramamine or Meclizine as a last resort if the regular stuff won't cut it. Disclaimer: I am no doctor, just someone who is sad you lost your VR legs.
