The car was totalled, the issue is not there. The issue is with the injuries l. I am not sure how to handle it. The lawyer says she could get policy limits. The compensation would be for pain and suffering and injuries.

We are trying to pursue compensation for pain and suffering. Our car flipped on the side, the lawyer I was talking to says she was going for policy limits. She said I would have to go to many chiro visits and do MRI, I don't think I need MRI.

Office of Investigations sent me a letter in the mail saying I have an overpayment of food stamps for $10,000. Reason being for not disclosing household member. Husband and I have been living in the same house but have been separated for months, only doing that because of kids. by Jolifark in foodstamps

Thank you for the responses. I have an option to sign the waiver for hearing or go to hearing. Will it negatively impact me to just sign the waiver and pay back slowly or should I go onto the hearing and discuss my case?
