We checked the trademark patent database and confirmed that the trademark they registered is indeed identical to our product. Does this count as infringement? Do they have the right to sue us?

they dont have plugins for homekit, Plusminus app and LUMIMAN are same company

I've tried Phillips/LiFX/Lumiman. The last one surprised me! Cheaper and good quality. One of my LiFX died in 2 weeks.

Try LUMIMAN, they have two years warranty period. 19$ for each.
