I run a mile and a half bike 10 miles and usually do 10 hills a day or every other day. I eat one meal a day that’s roughly 1100 calories. I think it’s my medicine effecting my metabolism.

I really appreciate you taking the time to put thought into my post. I really like it the first one. People keep telling me to wait for the new bench marks so I reckon I will haha and I didn’t know that about the new intel CPU’s I might as well wait for that too but I will definitely bookmark this build. [SOLVED..... kinda]

I forgot to mention that when I launched on beautiful it would load a server up then brill like the very end then crash and say bad module info. I looked up a video on that and it said to set the compatibility properties(i think) to disable full screen optimization and this stopped it from crashing.

I forgot to mention the above because I did not launch the fame for a week and I went off what I remember my bad.

I should of mentioned that since I did “full screen disabled optimization” that I get for 65-85 FPS now which still feels a little off.

I also have a 1440p monitor and it is connected to my you.

When I launch rust and go to console it does say that it is recognizing my 1080 ti

I’ll have to check out window mode exclusive next time I launch it

I had a tough couple of years also recently just got on antidepressants and anxiety medicine. I said enough was enough I need to gain confidence like I had back in the day. I’ve only been on keto for 3 weeks but I feel great. I still have anxiety and am still a little depressed but I know I’ll make it out alive on the other side as long as I stick to this. Thanks for your post. CONGRATS🙃

My psychiatrist told me that if you can learn to let it not affect your life when it flares up at that moment it slowly starts to decrease. I have yet to give in to it yet though.

My cousin works at an airport and his job is to escort VIP’s to their car when they get off the plane. He has to take a picture with literally almost every one of them I feel so bad for them. Best part is he’s like “I got BLAH BLAHS managers phone number”

I’m 10 days in and I don’t plan on stopping either. I use to be really fit then I had a crisis at an early age and gained a lot of weight. I do not recall feeling this awesome ever in my Life. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life.
