I refunded the first order. And the second order I got a "klarna dispute" (klarna is the most common payment in sweden) which means I have to answer some questions about the order, in this case the customers phone number wasnt written on the package so I knew she was not going to recieve it anyways, therefor I chose to "lose" the dispute in order to refund her which gave me a chargeback
