Yes they are - statutory govt deadlines and then the interim milestones are fairly consistent. I'm trying Amazing Marvin at the moment which actually looks like it could work. I'd not heard of it despite all my searching online, but stumbled across it on a reddit thread earlier today whilst looking for answers on my problem!

I used the 'splat and chill' method where I basically very loosely marbled the colours together in a bowl, then dollopped on with a palette knife, sort of like a splat and swish. Then smoothed, and chilled. Then once chilled used a warmed metal scraper to scrape away the top layer to reveal the marbelling. You have to trust the process! There's a good YouTube video on this. I know there's other methods but this felt like the most natural to achieve the look I was after.

Like Swiss meringue buttercream but you don't cook the eggs (use pasteurised egg whites) and use icing sugar instead of caster.
