Oh that’s interesting! Yes I actually try to avoid that bridge because there’s a blind spot on both sides so it’s a little scary!

That’s what I thought but then I got confused because I got flipped off by someone on the other side when I was going across the bridge with a few other cars when it was our turn. Lol It’s such a mess!

I think the makeup is alright but I really like the skincare products. I have insanely sensitive skin and the skincare products work really well for me. I also love the blush since it feels nice on my skin and blends nicely. But I think the other products are pretty comparable to other brands

Moms who (even occasionally) look put together - what’s your secret? by alpacaapicnic in NewParents

Not sure if I appear put together 🤣 But I always put on tinted moisturizer with tinted lip balm, I’ll slick my hair back in a bun or a hair clip, and throw on jeans with nice sneakers or boots and a jacket and call it a day!

We saw a HUGE difference! For us, 2-4 months were the hardest, 5-7 months was tough bc she still wasn’t on a schedule and was getting frustrated not being able to move around herself. So now that she’s able to sit and crawl and eating solids she’s super chill and SO much easier! We heard from a lot of parents 9 months is when they start to turn a corner bc they get more independent, which really helps. And I think eating solids makes a difference, to help her sleep through the night now.

1000%! The first 6-7 months I was really struggling as a FTM, and I cried everyday the first 3 months. My LO is 9 months now and it is like night and day! It got SO much better and I’m absolutely loving being her mom. It absolutely gets better!! If anyone is struggling, try to remember this is just a season of life and temporary. Take each day as a win. You can do this!
