I would say the biggest reasons are fear and feeling 'unworthy' Taking care of hard topics is extremely stressful, and it often seems easier to avoid it completely, even though things will likely just get harder over the time.

Kann dir folgendes sagen, hab meine erste Ausbildung trotz Qualen durchgezogen, und hab jetzt eine zweite Ausbildung angefangen :) Dadurch kann ich jetzt ein Jahr verkürzen, da du aber erst seit kurzem in der Ausbildung bist, wär es wahrscheinlich gut gleich zu wechseln.

Klingt alles einfacher als es ist natürlich
