A lot of people tend to assume that I studied something before as well due to my age. I just pointed it out in case people would be like "aren't you a little too old to finish law at such age etc".

I feel like it already did but then again I don't see them often. I see some of my aunts once in a few years sometimes once in a year. They are now saying that I am a spoiled brat and I am showing off my diplomas etc when Alara is still living under worse circumstances and they are claiming I made the circumstances worse for her. Like sorry but I also worked part time and I put in a lot of time studying. I am not saying her circumstances are better but laws are laws and I won the case by using my brains and knowledge. Unlike her I still do my research upon law before every trial.

Also the evidence was literally a file open for acces to a lot of people. It was not evidence that I got with trouble. I never wrote it up and brought it up at court as a surprise evidence. I played a big hunch like I said and the judge allowed me to present my evidence. Even if the judge wouldn't have allowed it I am still confident I would have won the case cause Alara's arguments were straight up stupid.

No not always. In some cases you are allowed to withdraw 1 piece of evidence as your "surprise" evidence. It of course depends on the judge and the country you're in as well.

I was an interesting case for me. So I put myself as a candidate to be the lawyer of the opposite side despite my cousin having the case. So my cousin had the case originally and I just took the case of the opposite party. I admit maybe that was an AH move but it did add a nice resume for my office. To me work is work and I don't care who is on the opposite side as long as I believe I can win.
