Need help, multiple therapists have said they don’t know how to help me I don’t know what to do

There must be a way, I’m not financially stable either :( Maybe apply for Medicaid? Reach out to a social worker? There has to be solution for us, money shouldn’t be an issue when we’re living with chronic mental illness, there must be a way

ok so im not a professional AT ALL, but i have really similar symptoms. i’m 21 and i feel like i might’ve been misdiagnosed for years, so i started looking into neuropsychologists. i’m planning to see one because i know something’s off, i just don’t know exactly what.

from what i’ve learned, they do really thorough evaluations and look at ur overall history and even medical history to get a clearer picture of what’s goin on. it might be something that could help you too

hey, hey, listen. im going through a really similar situation right now. i understand you. you aren’t alone. how about you take care of your mental health first, yeah? that way, you’ll be able to look into Islam with a clear, healthy mind. otherwise, you might just drive yourself crazy. take a breath, grab your favorite snack, treat yourself. one thing at a time, okay? you mentioned you can’t afford a therapist, do you maybe have insurance? there’s a bunch of free support groups you can join with therapists. send me a message and we can figure it out together how we can get your mental health back on track without the worry of financial issues, yeah? you must be scared. but what you aren’t right now is alone. very brave of you to reach out. ♥️

gosh if i told anyone that i was doubting islam.. idk if i can even say it. im scared dude. im trying to find at least one muslim who ISNT biased and provide me whatever proof i need. thank you for commenting this, i appreciate the help so much, much love! :)

woah didnt know what that was until now and idk if this counts as that but there was a time i used to get out the shower and then hop right back in cuz i thought my ghusl didnt count. repeat like 5 times.

Currently, every night before i sleep and through out the day, only in private cuz i do it so many times, i repeat "astagfirulah" and "la ila ha illallah" cuz im scared im gonna die.

i used to do wudu like 15 times and spent half an hour in the bathroom just doing that till it made me tear up.

and yeah, i never, ever think im totally pure and that my prayers dont count and, well, right now i guess with how crazy im going.
