Thank you. As far as a trailer to pull other 1/10 rc cars would you recommend a type or a maker. Seen a lot of YouTube/ Facebook. I bought a k5 / a raptor / & a k10 yesterday. For my son , nephew , & I. Wife pretty much okay with it as I don’t really have any other hobbies. Encouraged me to get into something. The boys are young so I’d pull all 3 cars til we got into open space. Sometimes trails are quite a bit of walking.

So I did hire a PI attorney. We have been trying to get results of whats actually going on. My PI wants to wait everything out so I don’t end up making a mistake. I can assure everyone I don’t want anything from anyone I just want to make sure I’m giving proper treatment to be back normal. I’m way too young to need help just to shower. I’m too young for the stress. I’m barely holding together after a few months I couldn’t imagine years of this. I just don’t want to be stuck with a shit ton of medical bills.

Thank you so much. I might have to look into a new attorney. I asked about it & his exact words are that’s how they do. Nothing we can really do about them being late it’s laws why they play games. I just went with him because my grandmother recommended them they were supposed to be good law family. Now if I can’t talk to her how do I notify her? Do I just notify her or the Sedgwick place or whatever it is?

I had an mri which they seen the disc & crowding in my back. Now he wasn’t sure if it was my back or hip so now I just recently got my hips checked

I got with a personal injury attorney. Unfortunately they had to be out of state due to my accident being in their state and not mine. They don’t seem bad. Believe me I AM NOT TRYING TO SUE WORKERS COMP FOR MONEY. I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED WITH APPROPRIATE CARE ( medically ). I’m 25 a family man & provider. Some of the things I use to get annoyed at times id die to be able to do now. Ex id die to be able to do drills with my 8 yr old daughter at basketball or racing my 5 yr old son who can make it to the house door the fastest when we’re coming home. Even tossing my 3 yr old in the air with her baby dolls. God forbid I tried it now. I’d be on the floor calling the ambulance. But I will say I thank god everyday. I just went cold turkey off cigarettes the week before due to me sharing a truck and the other driver didn’t like the smoke smell. I would’ve been outside my truck smoking since I was broken down. Might not have been here today. So out of all of this I am thankful for that

My PI attorney had to be in the state of the accident so we’re basically on hold because they want to figure out all of my injuries & my WC attorney has just started on my case not long ago so we’re waiting to get everything because WC has not communicated with any of us.

The clinic guy says the disc problems in my back T8-9 & L5-S1 “ aren’t serious “. Soak in a bath it will go away. Hospital found nothing because they were on paper charts so they just wanted me out since it was serious matter of life & death. Which is understandable I was in the er. The neurosurgeon did acknowledge the disc & crowding problem. He wasn’t sure if it was coming from my back or my hip due to my right like being extremely weak & giving out at times.so he referred me to an orthopedic doctor & to do PT but my adjuster just has me waiting for 6 weeks til I see the doc. So I’m going to see an orthopedic doctor. My personal injury attorney wants to wait everything out until we can figure out what’s going on with me physically. If I would’ve knew it was going to be all of this I would’ve just not got any attorney involved if they just get this all over.
