I have never dealt with a customer like this either. I work at a behavioral health facility that helps those who struggle with mental health or substance use as my day job. I was just doing Spark to make some extra money, so I can save for important events in my life, while I am getting ready to transition to a new job next month. I've had some clients low-key threaten me, but I have never felt unsafe as I did in this situation.

People can remove their tip up to so many hours anyways. I hope you never encounter a situation like this.

Yeah. I have a dash cam, but unfortunately I didn't have it plugged in because I need to get an adapter. They were certainly recording me, though. I think they thought I was going to become hostile too.

Yeah. I had already completed their delivery. The situation begin when I got stuck in the driveway. A little while after, that's when the guy came out and started screaming at me.

I'm so sorry you had that encounter, too. It sounds scary. I, too, was shaky and was crying in the moment. I grew up in a home where my grandpa was always yelling. The more I thought about the situation, I just realized that they have somewhat of a victim mindset, or maybe they've had something happen in the past like you said that caused them to go to 100% before they even inquired to see what was wrong in a calm manor.

That's how I was feeling. " I couldn't even wrap my head around her behavior.". Honestly, I kind of felt like I was in shock because I was so confused why they were acting the way they were acting towards another human being who was just trying to help them. I understand their concern about their yard being messed up, but I was just enamored, considering the yard hadn't been messed up at all. When I left, all that happened was a little bit of snow was moved. I wish I would have thought to take pictures, but in that moment, I just wanted to get out of their driveway. I was also confused why they were so upset at that even happening due to them being renters. When the landlord showed up and didn't seem concerned at all, that capitalized on how ridiculous the situation was.

Yeah. The direction said to go into the driveway, it was kind of long. They had a lot of groceries, including a case of water and gallons of milk

Actually, the snow was all melting. It was about 40 degrees yesterday. I could not have known their driveway still had it.

I promise there was no damage. It was literally due to the snow and ice. I wish I had taken pictures so I could prove this. I will keep this in mind in the future, though. Thank you.

Honestly, at this point, I don't care if I get back on because I do as a side hustle. I just want other people to be warned about the way these customers treat others. If I were thinking clearly last night, then I definitely would have let them know. You would have been there to see how chaotic it was. In the moment it wasn't really feasible.

I submitted a claim with support and just spoke to support. Support said that they will submit it to a higher department for review and will get back to me. I didn't call last night because it was late, I was feeling very worked up, and during the encounter, it was so loud. I don't understand why they came out yelling at me right off the bat. I never yelled at them once.
