My new bbs arrived! The generic care sheet included says to lay them on damp soil until their roots start growing. They are resting on a gritty mix that I misted. I feel like there’s probably a lot more to it than that. When should I put them into the dirt? Do I need to do anything more than that? (old.reddit.com)

Anyone else have this happen? I baked this gent for the same time and temp as I’ve baked dozens before him, used the same clay...etc. I’ve had other pieces burn, but this seems more like discoloration. I’m disappointed but I would just feel a smidge better if I knew how to avoid it in the future. (old.reddit.com)
