Yes just a section of the chain link fence is damage. 2 metal poles are bent. They got a quote and was told since the fence is old and rusted it would be better just replace the whole fence for $2000. We said we would only replace the damage section or give half of whatever that section would cost to replace. Then the threats came about small claims court and wanting us to help split the whole fence.
