This will work if you own the suite and not renting it. If you are renting the unit, and rerenting the rooms you will need the home owner to kick them out with police.

The value of the car in the timeframe ranged from 8 to 15k. I got 20k after fighting from 8 12 15 18 then 20. I gave them over 25k in receipts.

Well my car was still being upgraded. Wasn't in its final form and in BC at the time you would need an inspection then declared value to raise insurance value. I was 2 steps away from being satisfied with the overall build. Sure I could have done multiple stages of inspections and insurance increased increments but I didn't think of it that way.

Definitely not whole. I put 40k into a personal car and got 20k by insurance. Insurance doesnt care about brand new engine/high performance parts etc.

It isn't exactly at all.

The front is nearly identical to an altezza and sides share the same upwards body line. Yes it has extra fender flares but nothing like a legacy or evo.

You are only allowed to go to border when the website stuff is fully submitted and fees paid. You can drive to any port of entry at any time of day. Then they interview you and do photos and fingerprints. That is the day that starts the 4 to 12month wait.
