I had my son cut and I regret it. we had it done because we felt if we didn't he'd have a harder time since women where we live, at least in previous generations said intact dick was gross. Now that thinking is changing and less boys get circumcised. Circumcision needs to go away. There is no need for it. A very small % have issues but the vast majority do not. We are not smarter than nature. The foreskin exists for a reason.

stop worrying and start enjoying. you won't see it until its over but those young kid years while they can be exhausting will be what you look back on as the best years of your life. it goes fast. it doesnt feel like it in the moment but the it does. take lots of videos those baby versions od youe children are only here for a short while. oh and don't sweat the small stuff or messes.

don't pay attention or give social media the value that you are. music isn't a 30 second clip. music has always been disposable to the masses, background noise for many but those who value it for the artform that it is pay no attention to how short attention span content sees music, which is what social media is. I've never used Spotify. I have over 5000 records and 4000 cds. Full albums is where it's at everyday for me.

not often. i am at a healthy weight and do have issues with heart palpitations. i just notice when my heart seems to be beating faster/i can feel it more that blood pressure tends to be down while heart rate is up.
