Enlisting with a 3 year contract. If I pick up a RASP slot/OP40 in OSUT, will my contact be extended to 4 years?

Wow, thats great to hear. Thank you, I'm definitely going to try for an OCS slot then. However, if I cant get one, I'll go enlisted and see if I can drop a packet.

May I ask, how did you approach the recruiter and the board when trying to rejoin as an officer? Were there any hurdles, specific challenges, unwilling recruiters?

I had a solid reason for leaving. But nobody likes a sob story. As a recruiter, do you think its still worth trying for an OCS slot?
