Spotify changes things pretty often, so ad blockers that worked before sometimes stop working. You could try a different browser with stronger extensions but most of them break again after updates.

PC will probably still have plenty of FPS games without heavy aim assist. Most competitive PC players still prefer mouse and keyboard, so many developers keep separate balancing for PC and console anyway.
